We're looking for a Customer Support – Back Office (Non-Voice Process)
Designation: Customer Support Executive – Back Office (e-Commerce Process)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Customer Service (Non-Telecom preferred)
Location: Work From Home
Language: Good proficiency in English and Hindi (Written communication is essential)
Contract: Full-time – 3 months contract (Extension/permanent based on performance)
CTC: ₹23,000/month In-hand: Approx. ₹19,500
Working Days: 6 days working with 1 day rotational off
Qualification: Graduates only (Any stream)
Shifts: 24/7 Rotational shifts (including night shifts)
System Requirements:
Laptop/Desktop with: i5 7th Gen or above 8 GB RAM Windows 10
Stable WiFi connection (Minimum 20 Mbps)
USB Headset (Big Passport brand preferred)
Webcam mandatory
UPS/Inverter for power backup
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle non-voice customer support for a leading e-Commerce client
Respond to customer queries via chat, email, and internal ticketing tools
Assist customers with order status, refunds, product issues, delivery escalations
Accurately document all interactions in the system
Maintain high quality, accuracy, and productivity standards
Collaborate with other teams for timely customer resolutions
Assessments Required:
AMCAT Personality Test – Minimum average score ≥54
WriteX Test – B1 Level, Agreeableness ≥ 20, Conscientiousness ≥ 20
VETI Test – Score 4 & Above
Typing Speed: Minimum 30 WPM with 85% accuracy
