Day shift & Sunday fixed week off

Salary :40k - 65k
Location : Ambattur, Chennai.
1. Job description: Jr/ Asst. Manager 
·         Knowledge of production process 
·         Knowledge of 8D / Problem solving methods
·         Man management and team handling
·         VDA 6.3 knowledge 
·         Certified for IATF 16949 Internal Quality Audit
·         Knowledge of inspection equipment
·         Customer complaint handling 
·         Internal Audit Knowledge , covering product , process and systems
·         Knowledge of 2ndparty audit
·         Knowledge of COPQ and actions
·         Single point contact for customer quality 
·         Lean / Six Sigma exposure or certification 
·         Daily Review of Internal Rejections 
·         Introduce and monitor improvements to reduce internal rejections. 
2. Job Description: Manager& Sr. Manager

Experience in Lean Manufacturing 
Six Sigma Certified
Understanding OEM Customer Requirements
Lead Auditor for Quality Audits
Internal / External Audit exposure
Knowledge of CMM, IATF Certification, Instrument knowledge etc 
Production Process knowledge and troubleshooting 
Manpower management 
Certified for VDA 6.3
Trainer for Annual Training in Quality

Required Candidate profile :
Candidates with experience in Automotive Industry, specifically in Quality processes in MSME preferred.
Experience in leading a team of workmen and engineers in new projects Quality and ensuring that product schedules are achieved and rejections are kept at the minimum
