Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement learning strategies and programs that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
Facilitate learning modules, identify opportunities to drive continuous improvement of our L&D programs, design and implement innovative learning experiences, manage learning projects, and ensure our work is data-driven and impactful.
Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to assess training needs and design effective development programs.
Conduct organizational needs analysis and create training plans to ensure that all employees have the required competencies to excel in their roles.
Design and deliver effective training programs, workshops, and learning resources.
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs using metrics and feedback to continuously improve offerings.
Leverage new technologies and innovative strategies to increase the efficiency and scalability of our people & processes.
Manage the learning and development budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organization.
Create employee engagement opportunities in the organization via. L&D activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

Any graduation is preferred. Experience or Education in Business Management is a plus
A minimum of 2 - 5 years of Learning & Development experience & in facilitating offline corporate training is mandatory. 
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Strong business partnership experience; ability to successfully collaborate with multiple global stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
Awareness of corporate training topics like Leadership excellence, DEI, Workforce & people management, and interpersonal skill development would come in handy.
Ability to design & execute thoughtful, engaging, inclusive, and impactful content including writing effective copy and storyboarding.
Corporate training experience is an added advantage
