Designation : Senior Manager / Assistant Manager 

Qualification : BE(Mechanical or Automobile)

Age Limit : 30 to 40yrs

Experience : 8 -18 yrs

Location : Sriperumbudur

6 days of work/ Day shift / Sunday fixed week off

Knowledge on rubber and rubber products will be an added advantage

Roles :
1. Design and development of oilseals & Moulded rubber parts for automotive OEM) segment
2. Tool/Cavity and fixture designs for moulding
3. Product analysis
4. APQP adherence and execution
5. Customer coordination and application engineering discussions1.Product Design and development of oilseals for OEMs customers and related customer segment
6. Tool/Cavity and fixture designs for moulding
7. Design and development for injection moulding products
8. Application engineering study with customer for sealing solutions-Oilseals, dampers, static sealings, AVMs, etc
9. Ensure APQP adherence &implementation for all projects
10. Coordination with Mkt, customer, Production , SCM for new project requirements

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES & KNOWLEDGE :
1. Use of CAD software- Autocad, Pro E
2. Interpretation of drawings and specifications
3. Knowledge on GD&T
4. Knowledge of FEA data interpretation of analysis
5. Knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements and APQP execution
6. Knowledge on automobiles and components
7. Written and oral communication in English
8. Good presentation skills
