Designation : Team Lead
Experience : 2 + year in banking sales
Salary : 25,000 CTC - 33,000 CTC + Incentives ( 10% of Team Incentives)
Language : English + any Regional Language
Qualification : Any graduation Preferred
Location : Whitefield Road, Sadaramangala, Bangalore.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the team by setting a clear vision, motivating team members, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Team Management: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the team, including task assignment, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Communication: Facilitate open and effective communication within the team, as well as with other stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned.
Goal Setting: Work with team members to set specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals that contribute to the overall objectives of the team and organization.
Performance Management: Monitor the performance of team members, provide feedback, and address any performance issues in a timely and constructive manner.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any obstacles or challenges that arise during the course of the project, leveraging the expertise and skills of team members as needed.
Decision Making: Make informed decisions in collaboration with team members, taking into account various perspectives and input from stakeholders.
Training and Development: Support the professional growth and development of team members through coaching, mentoring, and providing opportunities for learning and skill-building.
Conflict Resolution: Address conflicts and disagreements within the team in a proactive and diplomatic manner, promoting a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.
Risk Management: Anticipate potential risks and issues that may impact the project or team performance, and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and requirements, and actively seek feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
Team Building: Foster a sense of camaraderie and cohesion among team members through team-building activities, recognition of achievements, and celebrating successes.
Stakeholder Management: Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress and soliciting their input and feedback when necessary.
