Fixed day shift & 6 day's working

Location : Egmore, Chennai.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Menu Design : Collaborating with chefs and kitchen staff to develop or update the menu, ensuring it meets customer preferences, trends, and seasonal demands.
• Food and Beverage Pairing : Ensuring the menu offers appropriate beverage pairings with the food offerings.
• Hiring and Training : Responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising staff, including chefs, servers, bartenders, and other F&B personnel.
• Scheduling : Creating work schedules and ensuring there are enough staff members to meet operational needs.
• Performance Evaluation : Monitoring staff performance, providing feedback, conducting regular appraisals, and addressing any issues that arise.
• Quality Control : Ensuring that food and beverages meet high standards of quality and safety. This includes overseeing preparation, presentation, and service.
• Inventory Management : Monitoring stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies, ordering when necessary, and controlling waste to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Health and Safety Compliance : Ensuring that the F&B department complies with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and licensing laws.
• Budgeting : Creating and managing budgets for the F&B department, including setting financial goals and ensuring that the department operates within its budget.
• Cost Control : Monitoring costs of ingredients, labor, and overhead, looking for ways to improve profitability through cost-effective purchasing and waste reduction.
• Revenue Generation : Developing strategies to maximize sales, such as pricing strategies, promotions, and seasonal menus.
• Guest Relations : Ensuring that customers have a positive dining experience, handling complaints or special requests, and ensuring that service is friendly and efficient.
• Feedback Collection : Collecting customer feedback to improve service and address any issues.
