HR Assistant

Job Title : HR Assistant - Male

Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in any Manufacturing company

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range : 18k to 20k

Shift: General shift, Sunday Fixed week off

Location: Ambattur, Chennai.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Must have Knowledge in Payroll, Induction, Onboarding, and Welfare management.

2. Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.

3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

4. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.

5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs.

6. Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

7. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven experience as HR Assistant (3+ year preferred).

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
