Salary : Upto 4.5LPA

Qualification : Graduate

Day Shift & 6 days working, 1 day rotational off

No Cabs

Location : Kalyani Nagar, Pune Maharashtra.

Requirements :

• Candidate must be well versed by of hiring tools like : Naukri / LinkedIn / Monster.
• Candidate must be having BPO Bulk hiring experience.
• Candidate should be good at stake holder management / Vendor management.

Requirements & Skills :

• Job Analysis and Descriptions: Collaborating with hiring managers to understand the requirements of the role and creating detailed job descriptions.
• Sourcing Candidates: Using various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals to find potential candidates.
• Screening and Interviewing: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone or video interviews, and scheduling further interviews with hiring managers.
• Candidate Management: Communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing feedback, and keeping them informed about the status of their application.
• Employer Branding: Promoting the company's brand and values to attract top talent and create a positive image in the job market.
• Compliance: Ensuring that the recruitment process complies with labor laws and regulations.
• Onboarding: Assisting with the onboarding process to help new hires integrate smoothly into the company.
• Metrics and Reporting: Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and make improvements.
• Building Relationships: Developing relationships with universities, industry organizations, and other sources to create a talent pipeline.
• Continuous Improvement: Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process.
