We're looking for a Customer Support – Level 2 (Voice + Non-Voice Process)
Designation: Customer Support Executive – Level 2 (e-Commerce Process)
Experience: Minimum 6 months in any BPO Customer Service Role (Voice, Chat, Email, Back Office, or Content Moderation)
Location: Work From Home
Language: Fluent in English and Hindi (Verbal and Written)
Contract: Full-time – 3 months contract (Performance-based extension or permanent conversion)
CTC: ₹24,500/month In-hand: Approx. ₹20,500
Working Days: 6 days working with 1 day rotational off
Qualification: Graduates and Undergraduates are eligible (50% Graduate, 50% Undergraduate mix)
Shifts: 24/7 Rotational shifts, including weekends and night shifts
System Requirements:
Laptop/Desktop with:
i5 7th Gen or above
8 GB RAM ,Windows 10
Stable WiFi connection (Minimum 20 Mbps)
USB Headset (Big Passport brand preferred)
Webcam mandatory
UPS/Inverter for power backup
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage complex or escalated queries related to orders, refunds, payments, and policies via voice, chat, and email
Resolve customer issues with a high level of empathy and professionalism
Coordinate with internal teams for faster resolution and improved customer satisfaction
Maintain detailed and accurate case logs
Meet SLA, quality, and compliance standards
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve process efficiency
Assessment Requirements:
VETI Test: Minimum score 4 or above
Typing Speed: Minimum 30 WPM with 85% accuracy
(AMCAT and WriteX not required for Level 2 role)
