Experience: Minimum 6 months above in non IT Hiring / BPO hiring experience in consultancy or company.

Job Specification:

·         Good communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Should be aggressive.

·         Good in MS Excel

·         Ability to do bulk hiring to meet target deadlines.

·         Willing to travel for job drives.

·         Go and Getter Attitude

·         Must be having knowledge to hire candidates in different sourcing channels.

·         Preferably Male candidates
