Work Days : 6 day's working & day Rotational shift

Salary Range : 20K -25K

Location : Egmore, Chennai.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• To be accountable for ensuring the sales team with targeted sales monthly.
• Planning and implementing marketing plans in conjunction with the GM of hotel.
• Identifying and targeting specific market segments for likely corporate clients and selling memberships to them.
• Generating weekly membership data for analysis and monthly reports on membership status, renewals, and new and potential on all accounts.
• To be responsible for the organization and implementation of the Annual Plan of the Membership Department.
• Responsible for marketing, advertising, and departmental spending, ensuring these are within budget and aligned with the agreed brand strategy.
• Strategically looking at other departments.
• Prepare reports and recommendations on sales strategy for senior management.
