Salary :
Freshers 28K CTC
6 Months to 1 Year Exp (Any BPO Experience) - 29K CTC- 32K CTC
1 Year to 2 Years Exp (Sales and Insurance any one) - 32K CTC - 37K CTC
2 Years + Exp (Sales and Insurance any one) - 37K CTC - 40K CTC
6 Day's working & 24/7 Rotational Shift.
Day shift for females till 9 pm/ Rotational for males
Location : Kalyani Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Client Consultations: Meet with clients to discuss their insurance needs, financial goals, and current coverage.
- Product Recommendations: Recommend suitable insurance products based on the client's needs and financial situation.
- Policy Management: Handle policy renewals, cancellations, and changes.
- Claims Assistance: Help clients with filing claims, and follow up to ensure timely processing and settlement.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and sales activities.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales and service activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Continuing Education: Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and referrals.
- Marketing: Promote insurance products through various marketing strategies and campaigns.
