Role: Business Support

Location: Perungulathur (WFO), Chennai.

Shift: Rotational  (US shifts – 6PM to 6AM, Any 9 hours)

Cab: Free cab, within 30 Kilometers radius from office.

Off: 2 days Rotational offs  

Education: 10 + 2 years/Diploma/Any Graduation. 

Qualification: Fresher or Tenured candidates with excellent communication. 

Responsibilities :

Answer phone to respond to customer inquiries w.r.t client products & any technical troubleshooting with regard to the McAfee product for PC & Mobile.
customers with installation / Uninstallation of products 
Assist customers with product configuration, error messages & / or common issues
Project a professional company image through phone & email chat interaction
Provide customers with product and service information
Provide assistance with regarding to customer service issues as well like (Renewing / refunding the product etc..,)Transfer customer calls to appropriate department if required
Escalate the call to the next level if required
