Salary for Fresher : 23k CTC & 18k TH 
Salary for Experience : 25k CTC & 20.8 TH 
Qualification : Graduate 
Day shifts ( flexible btw 8 to 8)
6 days working, 1 day rotational off 
Location : Bellandur 
2 way cab facilities available.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Handling Customer Inquiries: Tips on managing and responding to customer questions and concerns.
Order Management: Assisting with order processing, tracking, and returns.
Payment Issues: Resolving problems related to payments and refunds.
Technical Support: Helping customers with website navigation or technical difficulties.
Customer Feedback: Collecting and using customer feedback to improve services.
Customers find the products or services and place orders. A payment processor enables the exchange of the goods or services electronically via payment options like credit cards or digital currencies. The customer receives a confirmation email or SMS along with a printable receipt.
