Job Title: Technical Voice Support Executive/Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Voice Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing technical support over the phone, excellent communication skills, and a passion for solving technical issues. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical problems, guiding customers through troubleshooting steps, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to [specific products/services].
