Salary : 13k - 18k TH

Location : Madhavaram - Chennai

Fixed day shift & Sunday week off

Field work & Bike compulsory.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Should have knowledge to service desktop, Laptop and Printers
Candidate should visit 4 clients a day
Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues for end-users.
Hardware Support: Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware components.
Software Support: Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting operating systems and software applications.
User Assistance: Providing technical support and guidance to end-users, both remotely and on-site.
Network Connectivity: Addressing network-related issues, including connectivity problems and basic network configurations.
Security: Implementing and maintaining security measures for desktop systems, including antivirus software and security patches.
Documentation: Creating and updating documentation for troubleshooting procedures, system configurations, and user guides.
Remote Assistance: Using remote desktop tools to assist users and resolve issues remotely.
User Training: Conducting training sessions to help end-users understand and use technology more effectively.
Inventory Management: Keeping track of hardware and software inventory, including asset tracking and updates.
