Education: Any Graduate

Required Skills:

· Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the BPO industry or financial services sector

Location: Perungudi ,Chennai

Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales ,with team hand handling .Preferably from BPO industry.

Languages: Fluent in Malayalam with English.

Job description

1. Lead and manage a team of sales associates, providing clear direction, guidance, and support to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

2. Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth and increase market share.

3. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching, and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and ensure their professional growth.

4. Utilize CRM systems and sales tools effectively to track sales performance, pipeline, and customer interactions for accurate reporting and decision-making.

5. Provide regular reports and analysis on team performance, sales metrics, trends, and forecasts.

1. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, influence, and develop a high-performing sales team.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and senior management.

3. A self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
