Location : Electronic City , Bangalore.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handling the calls with good communication skills professionally.
• Can speak fluently in Marathi and Average English languages as per region.
• Exceptional phone manner
• Patient centric and Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Be a self-starter with attention to detail to the break schedules & being punctual.
• Always be updated with the Process knowledge & daily updates
• Should take initiatives & be flexible for the changes.
