Experience : Min 1 Year experience in Customer Support either, Voice/ Non-Voice with excellent communication skills.

Qualification : Graduate

Salary : Max - 2.9 lpa

Working Days : 5 days Rotational week off

Shift : Graveyard Shift with timing : 03:00AM to 11:00AM & 01:00AM To 10:00AM

Skill set : Excellent English communication

Location : Ambit IT Park, Ambattur, Chennai.

Responsibilities :

• Handle international calls from clients across various time zones (US/UK),
• Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, or chat to resolve customer queries and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
