Shift : Rotational Shift and Rotational Week offs

Salary :

• Freshers 18k Take home + CTC
• Experience 24K TH + CTC

Max Age : 35

Location : Cochin, Kerala

Two way cab will be provided; Allowance is provided is cab is not required.

Note : Immediate Joiners are only required.

Job Description:

• Retail Chat Non-Voice
• Assist employees of Amazon through chat interaction.
• Provide help regarding employee queries.

Basic Requirements:

• Educational qualification – Plus two and above
• Written communication skill (CEFR-B2)
• Good communication Skills
• Able to quickly understand issues and requests employees.
