Job Description: 

Retail Chat Non-Voice
Assist employees of Amazon through chat interaction.
Provide help regarding employee queries.

Basic Requirements:

Educational qualification – Plus two and above 
Written communication skill (CEFR-B2)
Good communication Skills 
Able to quickly understand issues and requests employees.
