Required Technical skill set
• Should have good knowledge on DB2 and SQL query writing.
• Build knowledge of at least one scripting language (Groovy, Python)
• Implement automation and build CI/CD pipelines using tooling such as Jenkins and
• XLR as well as working through pipeline enhancements.
• Gain Knowledge designing, building, and monitoring mainframe dashboards using ELK stack
• Weekdays and weekend on call support
Tools Used
• OS: Mainframe Z/OS, Windows
• Languages: Cobol, CICS. JCL/MVS, REXX, Groovy, Python
• Databases: DB2 for z/OS, IMS, VSAM
• Modernization Tooling: IDz, GIT, UCD, Digital AI, BitBucket/GitHub, Jenkins
• Content management and issue tracking: Confluence, Jira
