Process : Outbound Voice process

Qualification : Any degree / Any Engineering / Diploma / Plus two passed with Average English with Fluent in Tamil.

Shift Timings : Day shift & fixed week off on Sunday

Timing : 9.30am - 6.30pm

Sunday fixed week off

Salary Details :

15760 CTC 12000 TAKE HOME+ INCENTIVES

14500 TH WITHOUT PF+ INCENTIVES

Age Criteria : 18 - 30

Work Location: Thoraipakkam, Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone.

Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding policies.

Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary.

Problem Resolution:

Investigate and analyze customer problems or concerns and provide effective solutions.

Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
