• English + Malayalam
• English + Tamil
• English + Telugu

Working days & Shifts : 5 days working & 24/7shift

Salary : 25 K CTC

Location : Electronic city, Bangalore.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Answer customer calls promptly and professionally.
• Address inquiries related to products, services, billing, or technical issues.
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently.
• Call customers for feedback, follow-ups, or promotional purposes.
• Confirm orders, appointments, or service-related information.
• Handle complaints calmly and empathetically.
• Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors or concerned departments.
• Ensure follow-up until the issue is resolved.
• Accurately log customer interactions in CRM systems.
