Expertise : Fresher - 1 Year experience in Voice with customer’s query handling
Must be good at Typing with 25WPM and 90 Percent Accuracy.

• Malayalam & English

Qualification : Graduates / Under Graduates

Work days & Shifts : 6 days, 7.00AM to 12 AM any 9hrs of shift.
Rotational week off and day rotational shift.

Work hours : Any 9 hours including one hour break.

Remuneration :

• Telugu Fresher : 14,000 Take Home
• Kannada Fresher : 16,000-17,000 Take HomeC
• Kannada : 19,500 Take Home, 24,000 CTC
• Malayalam Fresher : 15,000-16,000 Take Home
• Malayalam Experienced : 19,500 Take Home, 24,000 CTC

Location : Chennai, Ambattur Ambit IT park.

Responsibilities

* Typical Customer Support role. Addressing the queries and grievances of Customers within the given TAT.
