Role - Desktop Support Engineer (Field Work)

Location : Madhavaram, Chennai

Qualification - Diploma / Any degree

Experience - Min 6 month to Max 5 Yrs

Bike must (Field Work)

Salary - Rs.13,000 - Rs.20,000 per month

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Familar with printers and desktops, laptops

Responding to client support requests.

Contacting clients to find out the nature of the problem.

Traveling to the client’s location or connecting via a remote link.

Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.

Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.

Troubleshooting networking and connection issues
