Job Description:

· ON Role: Customer Support Associate - Voice Process

· Nature of Job: Resolving the queries of the customer via call

· Qualification: HSC / Diploma / Any Arts and Science and Engineering graduates can apply (Backlogs accepted)

· Should have Good communication in English

· Should speak any one of this Hindi or Telugu or Kannada or Malayalam language

· Should have basic knowledge about Customer Support roles and responsibilities

· Should know to handle the customers and resolve their issues

· Rotational Day shift

· Work Location: Ambattur I E, Chennai

· Experience: Freshers

· Salary: 1.8 LPA to 2.5 LPA (based on language skills)

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
