We are hiring for Assistant Manager Purchase

Qualification : MBA/BE - Mechanical

Experience : 10 to 14 Years

Age :35 ~ 40 Yrs

CTC : 8 to 10 Lacs

Shift : Day Shift (Sunday Off)

Roles & Responsibilities

1) Handling purchase for Heat Treatment and Facility Manufacturing Division (FMD)

2) Receiving quotation, preparing comparison chart, negotiation and preparing PO’s

3) Material follow up

4) Preparing management list

5) Cost reduction for Raw material, steel and consumables

6) Stock maintaining and management for all materials

7) Import material follow up

8) Customs clearance processing

9) Despatch documents preparation for projects and part sales

10) Vehicle arrangements for dispatch and local transportation

11) Preparing quote for import and export processing

12) Payment request and payment follow up with finance department

13) Audit documentation preparation

14) Crane arrangements for Loading and unloading

15) Suppliers GST and MSME Documents verification through online

16) Team management
