Position: Customer Service Representative – Voice Process
Language Requirement: Kannada + English (verbal and written)
Job Type: Work From Home (WFH)
Shift: 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends and night shifts
Experience Distribution: 30% Freshers, 70% Experienced (6–12 months of relevant experience)
Qualification Distribution: 70% Graduates, 30% Undergraduates
Contract Type: Full-time
Salary Structure (WAHA – English/Kannada): Freshers: ₹20,100/- | Experienced: ₹21,000/-

Interview Rounds:

• TP Certified Assessor: Chat Simulation & Voice Interview
• Ops/Final Round: Stability Check

Key Assessment Requirements:

• WriteX:
• Email Writing – B1 Level
• Typing Speed – Minimum 25 WPM with 85% accuracy
• Agreeableness Score – Minimum 20
• Conscientiousness Score – Minimum 20
• IND Pearson Versant ENG (local)_WD: VETI Score 4

• Processor: Intel Core i5 (7th Gen or above)
• RAM: Minimum 8 GB

• Internet: Minimum 20 Mbps stable connection
