Salary : 15,000 - 25,000

Qualification : Graduates can apply.

Languages known :

Hindi and English.

Should be manageable in Tamil.

Location : Mount Road, Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities :

1) Handle customer calls, resolve their queries, and provide excellent service.
2) Make outbound calls to customers for sales, collections, or other purposes.
3) Process customer requests and update records accordingly.
4) Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers.
