Work Location : Ambit IT Park – Ambattur
Work days: 6 days, 24*7 Process- Rotational week off and shift- Night Shift
Work hours: Any 9 hours including one hour break
Responsibilities
Grievance Handling, Providing timely resolution, Retention of Customers, Upselling, Revenue Generation.
