Responsibilities : Welcome Calling, Grievance Handling, Providing timely resolution, Retention of Customers, Upselling, Revenue Generation.

Minimum Qualification : Any Degree, Must produce photocopy of educational certificates and experience certificates at the time of joining
Screening : HR Round, Assessment, OPS and Client round
Salary : Telugu-17K CTC, Malayalam- 19K CTC, Hindi- 17K CTC
Work Location : Ambit IT Park – Ambattur
Mode : Work from Home 
Work days : 6 days, 24*7 Process- Rotational week off and shift- Night Shift
Work hours : Any 9 hours including one hour break-
Note : Candidates should be from Chennai, must come to Ambit office to complete Training. Tentative period of training will be 10 days.
System will be provided by the company - Candidates must have USB headset and Broadband Connectivity.
