Working days : 5 days, US SHifts - Rotational week off and shift
Working hours : Any 9 hours including one hour break- Cab will be provided. Candidates must be within the boundary limits

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Typical Customer Support role. Addressing the queries and grievances of Customers within the stipulated timeline
* Must have knowledge in BFSI Industry
* Handling Chats and Emails: Communicate effectively with international clients via email, and chat to resolve queries, provide support, and offer solutions.
* Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries and complaints by identifying the issue, providing appropriate solutions, and ensuring timely resolution to increase customer satisfaction.
* Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products, services, and processes to provide accurate information to customers and suggest suitable products or services as needed.
* Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems: Use CRM software to track and document all customer interactions, manage customer data, and follow up on open issues for a seamless support experience.
* Cross-cultural Communication: Adapt communication style to suit the cultural expectations of international customers, ensuring clarity, respect, and empathy in all interactions.
