Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Listening to customers' concerns and handling complaints and returns.
  • Giving detailed explanations of services or products.
  • Working with a sales team to create better methods to address customer complaints.
  • Reviewing customer accounts and transactions while resolving issues.
  • Handle Inbound calls.
  • Provide accurate information and resolutions to customers in a timely manner.
  • Resolving product/service issues, troubleshooting problems, and providing ongoing technical assistance to customers.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their queries are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
