Qualification: Any Graduate
Salary : 21k TH & 25k CTC
Shift : Night shift and 2 Rotational week off
Location : Ambattur, Chennai.

Roles and Responsibilities :
Answering Calls/Emails/Chats: Interact with customers through voice or non-voice channels, addressing inquiries or concerns.
Problem Solving: Provide solutions for customer queries, complaints, or requests, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Product/Service Explanation: Explain company products, services, and policies to customers.
Handling Customer Complaints: Address issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner, resolving problems or escalating to higher management when needed.
